Reservations & Confirmation

Reservations are not final until availability is confirmed and required verification is completed.

We may decline or cancel a reservation if information cannot be verified or requirements are not met.
Verification Requirements
To protect our vehicles and customers, verification is required before pickup or delivery. This may include:

Valid driver’s license

Proof of insurance
-
Additional verification if needed (example: secondary ID)
Insurance Policy

Active auto insurance is required to rent. We offer 3rd party coverage if you do not have your own policy.

If you have full coverage, you will be asked to upload your declaration page and insurance card for verification.

If you do not have full coverage, ask about our third-party option with low daily rates to help you get fully covered for your trip (availability varies).

Coverage must remain active for the entire rental period.
Deposits & Holds

A deposit or authorization hold may be required, depending on the vehicle class and rental type.

Deposit/hold amounts and release timing vary by reservation and financial institution.
Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made before the stated cutoff time for your reservation to avoid fees.

Late cancellations and no-shows may result in fees and/or forfeiture of deposits (if applicable).
Mileage & Fuel

Mileage limits (if any) and included mileage are shown at booking.

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as received. Fuel/servicing fees may apply if not.
Delivery & Pickup

Pickup is available at select locations.

Delivery may be available based on location and availability. Delivery pricing is shown/confirmed during booking.

Renter must be present at handoff with valid identification and required documents.
Late Returns & Extensions

Extensions must be requested before the scheduled return time and require approval.

Late returns may result in additional charges and may affect future bookings.
Vehicle Care & Cleanliness

No smoking or vaping in the vehicle.

Excessive mess, odors, or stains may result in cleaning fees.

If your rental is a specialty finish (wrap/matte), automatic car washes are not permitted.
Accidents, Damage, & Incidents

Report accidents, damage, theft, or vandalism immediately.

A police report may be required depending on the incident.
-
The renter may be responsible for costs not covered by insurance/approved coverage.
Prohibited Use
Vehicles may not be used for:

Illegal activity, racing, or reckless driving
-
Off-road use (unless explicitly approved)
-
Towing (unless explicitly approved)
-
Allowing unauthorized drivers
Violation may result in termination of the rental and additional fees.
